Easy and Tasty Rosemary Lamb Chops
This is a wonderful and quick dish to make. I have served it with potato and spinach patties and some boiled vegetables. Lamb always goes really well with mint and rosemary but add a few different ingredients and you have a fantastic taste.Â

Ingredients
10 Spring Lamb Chops or any other Lamb Chops
2 Finely Grated Garlic Cloves
2tbsp Olive Oil
1 ½ tsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary
½ tsp Mint Sauce
½ tsp Wholegrain Mustard
1 ½ tsp Honey
Salt to taste
Crushed Black Pepper

Method
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together apart from the lamb chops. Marinate the chops for at least an hour. Bake in a preheated oven at 190c for 20-25 minutes until cooked.
