Chinese Chilli Mogo/Cassava Chips
This is simply delicious. I love mogo and particularly love the chilli mogo in restaurants. I have made my own version of this dish. This recipe is great for when you have many friends or family over as it can be made in advance and is also quick to make.
Asian Sesame Chicken
If you have ever had this in a restaurant it is seriously delicious. The flavours that go into this dish are just amazing. Sesame works so well with the chicken. This dish has an array of flavours, sweet, savoury and spicy all at once. Try it for yourself!

This is a lovely starter for a Chinese meal. It is very quick to prepare and also tastes delicious. My aunt made this soup when I went to visit her and I have varied it slightly. It tastes really lovely and is also very healthy.

This a lovely dish for vegetarians who love Chinese food. You can add any vegetables you like but I feel the vegetables I have used are especially authentic and are used widely in Chinese cooking.

This is a lovely snack or starter for vegetarians. It tastes truly delicious and it extremely easy to make. You can serve it as an appetiser or a part of a main dish.
Singapore Noodles
These noodles are so versatile and appealing to all ages. They are packed with vegetables and are very nutritious. You can add your own favourite vegetables and for those who eat seafood and meat, you can add that to the noodles to make a real wholesome and filling dish.
Gobi Manchurian (Deep Fried Battered Cauliflower in a tasty Chinese Sauce)
This is really different dish and tastes fabulous. It is a great alternative to vegetable Manchurian balls and has great flavours. The batter also has a lovely Chinese flavour and adds a lovely taste to the cauliflower. If you do not like cauliflower, you will soon be converted when you have tried this dish!
Chilli Mushroom and Aubergine Stir Fry
If you are a mushroom lover then this is definitely for you. The flavours in this dish are a combination of Indian and Chinese. It is also a quick dish to make and tastes great served as a starter or with rice or noodles.
Chicken Satay in a Coconut Sauce
Yum, this is a great tasting Chinese style dish. The coconut sauce really compliments the satay chicken and they work very well together. Great dish for entertaining or just for a change!
Satay Prawns
These prawns are really tasty and not your average satay sauce. It has a slight Malaysian influence and taste delicious. I have used many ingredients to give this dish great flavours and a slight lift to the sauce.
